You can cancel orders within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered according to your tracking information . You must contact us by email at sales@industrie24.com within these 14 days so that we can process your return as quickly and easily as possible. After these 14 days, we can no longer accept any return reasons , regardless of the circumstances. Please refrain from making unannounced returns.
