You can cancel orders within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered according to tracking information. Within these 30 days, you must contact us via email at sales@industrie24.com so that we can process the return for you as quickly and easily as possible. After the 30 days have passed, we can no longer accept any reasons for return, regardless of the circumstances. Please refrain from unannounced returns.
After you have contacted us, we will send you a return form via email. This form must be filled out and enclosed in paper form with the return package. Without the return form, we cannot process the return.
