You can cancel orders within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered according to tracking information. Within these 30 days, you must contact us via email at sales@industrie24.com so that we can process the return for you as quickly and easily as possible. After the 30 days have passed, we can no longer accept any reasons for return, regardless of the circumstances. Please refrain from unannounced returns.

After you have contacted us, we will send you a return form via email. This form must be filled out and enclosed in paper form with the return package. Without the return form, we cannot process the return.

Important notes:

1. Checking the delivery:
   Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and correctness. Any defects, discrepancies, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days. A return is only possible if the goods are returned complete and in the condition in which you received them.

2. Return costs:
   All customers bear the costs for return shipping, regardless of the reasons for cancellation. Shipping costs are not refunded.

3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
   In the following cases, a return is excluded:

   • Expiration of the 30-day cancellation period
   • Goods damaged by improper assembly or use
   • Software, licenses, or goods specifically ordered or manufactured for you
   • Incomplete goods
   • Damaged warranty seal
   • Returns that were expressly excluded on the product page

4. Secure return:
   As the buyer, you bear the risk for return shipping. Therefore, please pack the goods securely and carefully. We strongly recommend an insured shipping method. For returns from abroad, no import fees or taxes should be incurred.

Processing time for returns:

We process your return as quickly as possible, usually within a few days. Since we check all electronic components, the return process can take up to 30 days.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be made via the original payment method. You will also receive a cancellation invoice via email.
