You can cancel orders within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered according to your tracking information . You must contact us by email at sales@industrie24.com within these 14 days so that we can process your return as quickly and easily as possible. After these 14 days, we can no longer accept any return reasons , regardless of the circumstances. Please refrain from making unannounced returns.

After you contact us, we will send you a return form via email. This form must be completed and enclosed in paper form with the return package. Without the return form, we cannot process your return.

    Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and accuracy. Any defects, discrepancies, or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days . Returns are only possible if the goods are returned complete and in the same condition in which you received them.

    All customers are responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
